No recipe today but I wanted to introduce you to the Green Monster, which is basically a green smoothie. It makes a satisfying post-workout snack and if it didn’t already have a cool name, I would dub it the Skin Beauty Smoothie.

I make the classic version most of the time, with spinach (I’ve never tried with kale because I can’t find it in France) and I always add protein powder. If I want a lighter version, I usually skip the nut butter and use coconut water.
